David Shephard

A Portland native with a diverse journey spanning California, Virginia, and Washington, David Shephard is a graduate in Liberal Studies from Marylhurst University and holder of a Bachelor of Theology from Bishop A. L. Hardy Academy. He is committed to lifelong learning and pursuing further education.

Over 25 years, David has held key roles in educational institutions. He currently serves as the Dean of Student Management, Safety, and Security at Central Catholic High School. Notable positions include contributions to Multnomah County Library, Parkrose School District, Portland Public Schools District, Rosemary Anderson High School, Right At School, Self Enhancement, Inc., and Western Washington University. David has also been a small business owner in Washington State for a decade.

An avid reader and admirer of James Baldwin, David is a dedicated sports enthusiast, supporting his favorite teams. According to David, God has blessed him and he enjoys blessing others. His passion lies in recognizing the best in others, encouraging them to reach their full potential and achieve their dreams.
