Shawn Slaughter

A native of California, currently residing in Mansfield, TX. Shawn is the Executive Director, District Branch Network Senior Manager for Wells Fargo Bank. Shawn’s tenure in the banking industry spans over 26 years where he has had the pleasure of serving as a Branch Manager, District Manager, Private Client Manager and Senior Program Manager, Lead Business Support Consultant and Behavioral Influencer for the North Texas Region responsible for influencing the Behavior Framework, Management Cycle, supporting tools, and other Branch Banking initiatives to Branch leadership through influential consulting through effective collaboration with branch banking region executive and district managers in Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Washington, DC and Houston, TX. Shawn is a past board member on the Wells Fargo Generation Connection Employee Resources Network as Finance Chair. Shawn attended Prairie View A&M University in Houston, TX . During Shawn’s educational journey, he developed a love for exercise and his competitive nature. Shawn is a certified Schwinn Indoor Cycling Instructor with over 14 years of experience, Avid indoor/Outdoor Cyclist and has completed over 6 marathons.
